A primary driver of the May drop was both FinTechCorp and Heliux Tech sending a smaller number of invitations compared to April.
FinTechCorp invitations dropped from 17 down to 10, and Heliux Tech dropped from 16 down to 10.
This drop coincides with public news of a partnership between Heliux Tech and AnthroEOR, a new entrant in the EOR space.
Lead Scoring & Brazilian Growth Strategy
The Data Team built a predictive lead scoring model based on historical OpenEOR usage patterns and worked with a third-party partner, Dun & Bradstreet, to enrich our records with global company data. This allowed us to compile a high-value list of prospective customers who are highly likely to hire in Brazil.
Collaborating closely with the Product and Business teams, we launched a hyper-targeted promotional marketing campaign aimed at these prospects. This generated significant market interest, which ultimately led to a successful conversion—culminating in signing our newest client, AI Innovations.
